Broadridge are seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to join the busy EA Team as a Junior PA.
Reporting to the EA Manager, the successful candidate will provide high-level support to two managers. You must be highly organised and have excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to juggle a forever changing workload. This exciting opportunity would suit and outgoing and confident individual with around 1-2 years experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Arrange global meetings.
  • Book global travel and travel logistics.
  • Prepare and submit expenses in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the wider EA team as and when required.
  • Manage busy and ever-changing diaries and supporting with day to day tasks.
  • Help prepare for meetings, ensuring WebEx / Teams dial-in is available, all relevant attendees included and agenda available ahead of time.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an administration / team secretary role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – builds strong relationships within the team and across divisional boundaries.
  • Ability to develop relationships across the business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment with a helpful and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise activities accordingly.
  • Confidence to take responsibility and make decisions as needed at the appropriate level.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Attention to detail is essential – check itineraries and diary for conflicts; able to manage time zone complexity.
  • Show initiative, resilience and judgement in the performance of a wide variety of tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
Skills / Competencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Technically competent in or willing to learn and use other electronic communication systems such as Webex, Teams and Workday.
Hybrid Flexible at Broadridge
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
