We have a real passion for food and drinks in the bistro style restaurant or on the patio in our ‘Sunset Garden. We serve from an early breakfast to a cocktail at Sunset. We love when customers sit down relax and watch the amazing views whilst our great dining team enhances their day!

Job description

You will be working inside our amazing restaurant and out side bar attending customers from all around the world

During our peak season you will be dealing with large volumes of guests whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Employees must be confident, calm under pressure, hardworking, reliable, flexible, well presented, and capable of working in a team.

Duties:

• Welcomes customers when they arrive at a restaurant
• Introduces customers to the menu and announces seasonal menu specials
• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
• Takes customers’ orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket and entering them into the system
• Collect drinks from the bar and serves them to customers
• Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
• Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Prepares cheques and delivers them to customers
• Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary
• Sets tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware and refills condiments
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: £10.42 per hour
