Night Shift Team Leader (Ariel Warehouse)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Weekly Pay - Every Thursday - Annual salary £35,343.88

£12.01 per hour

£7.50 - 12 hour shift bonus

£10.00 - Nights shift bonus

Main tasks and duties

Operation

· Carry out and promote good health and safety practices pro-actively

· Plan resource accordingly to cover all tasks, this may include the sanctioning of overtime

· Lead the team in a positive proactive manner

· Communicate new and relevant information to the team

· Stock counts and verification

· Record accurate production figures and booking on of finished product

· Fork truck operation

· Any other work as directed

Quality

· Ensure that any quality non-conformance is identified and reported

· Ensure cooperation is given by the team to the Q/A department

· Using the resources available (people, trucks etc.) maintain the highest standards of safe and accurate loading complying to all documented information

Training

· Assist in the training of team members

· Provide documented evidence of training given

· Update training documentation as required

· Identify further training as required/necessary
