Highly Skilled Remodeler

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Branagh Development specializes in high quality custom homes, multi-family construction, and high end remodels. We are looking to add to add an experienced remodeler that has a high skill level across multiple trades and has the ability to manage a project.

SKILLS AND TRAITS

• Able to do layout, framing, finishing of typical projects, including new homes, room additions, and remodeling
• Proficient at reading and implementing construction drawings
• Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material and labor estimates
• Able to organize progress of multiple employees and trade contractors on a jobsite
• Quickly generate alternate solutions to resolve scheduling conflicts, project delays, and design modifications
• Ability to work with tools, lumber and materials. Able to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs.
• Must have a drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills
• Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of five years relevant experience in all phases of residential construction
• Trade expertise in at least two of the following: plumbing, framing, electrical, concrete, tile, finish carpentry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
