Weekend Viewing Assistant - Woking Estate Agents

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Bourne Estate Agents are a fully independent business that has quickly built up an enviable network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.

We are currently looking for a Viewing Assistant in our Woking Branch.

Duties

• Acting as an ambassador for the Company - showing people around properties that are on the market.
• Diary management and time management.
• Ensuring the office gets clear feedback on all viewings carried out.
• Deliver a word of mouth services to generate new and repeat business.

Although experience within estate agency is not essential, it would be advantageous if you do possess relevant sales or industry skills and are familiar with the Godalming area.

The ideal candidate should be smart, polite, friendly, sociable and confident with an outgoing personality, can-do attitude and have a passion for customer service. You must also possess your own car (insured for Business Use) and a full driving license.

We are looking for the candidate to work Saturday's and possible occasional week days between 09.00 & 17.30

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
