Role Overview & Responsibilities

Boston House is fine dining restaurant in Norwich City Centre. We are looking for waiting staff to join our small friendly team. Our restaurant will offer excellent customer service along with food that focuses on local and seasonal ingredients.

Open four days a week, we understand the importance for our employees to have a good work life balance.

Duties and responsibilities

-A friendly and can-do attitude, providing customers will the best level of service
-Basic bar skills to assist with the running of the bar
-Work efficiently to manage an area of tables in the restaurant
-Greeting and serving guests warmly to ensure a memorable experience
-Providing customers with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the food and drinks that are on the menu
-Intuition to assist where needed and to carry out tasks quickly and efficiently
-Great time keeping, arriving to work on time
-Reliable
-Able to work on your own as well as within a team
