An opportunity has arisen at Haslar Marina; one of the leading havens for boating on the south coast. Located in Gosport and comprising of 650 berths, Haslar is one of the largest marinas owned and run by boatfolk – who are all about getting people on the water and having fun afloat.

Berthing Master
We currently have a Berthing Master vacancy available at Haslar
Marina. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in customer service, has a great work ethic and a flexible approach to various shift patterns, to join a busy, well established marina team in a great location within Portsmouth Harbour.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• An ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service,
• The ability to work as part of a team or alone,
• Flexibility in working hours; including evenings and weekends,
• The ability to learn and use various computer software systems.

The Berthing Master role includes working outdoors in all weathers and working in a rota which will require the successful candidate to work evening shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience of boat handling would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. A full driving license is essential.
