Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

At bMindful Psychology our team focus on providing sector leading therapeutic services and training for children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, helping them improve their emotional and psychological well-being.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our social media and marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to create an effective online strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, setting measurable goals to monitor and analyse the campaigns. Weekly reports will be provided to the management team, providing feedback on data and campaigns to develop business insights.

Experience of working on social media platforms is essential and should include Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, Instagram and Linkedin, together with good networking skills to form relationships and collaborate with influencers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with a solid knowledge of working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and digital marketing including Google analytics, SEO and PPC marketing.

Experience of supporting health and social care sectors would be desirable.

This is a part time role, 20 hours a week based in Cheadle, South Manchester.

Salary £32k to £36k dependent on experience, pro rata
