Butcher

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone that is able to butcher Carcasses, anything from Chinese Water Deer right up to Reds. This would be cutting them into Primals and Diced and making Sausages, Vac Packing and Labelling products ready for Farmers Markets and orders we send out.

You would also be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards to help us keep our 5* Food Hygiene Rating.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Norwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Butchering: 1 year (preferred)
