IT Services Technician
Salary £23,000.00 (pro rata for part-time)

We have an exciting opportunity at our Willenhall Depot, for an IT Services Technician who will work as part of a team to secure and support all aspects of the companies IT infrastructure. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working as part of a small team and has great attention to detail.

Key accountabilities
Administer Service Desk support queries via Email/Portal & telephone calls
- End user IT Support
- Software Compliance
- Dealing with both internal & external customers
- Build & deployment of PCs & Laptops
- Support various Wireless equipment and applications
- VOIP administration & some hardware implementation
- Security maintenance on LAN/WAN based machines – encryption, Anti-Virus & patch management
- Work closely with both business and IT colleagues
- Ensure documentation is current and up to date
- Out of Hours Support Rota
- Supporting multiple depots when required, both local and remote

- Comply with all other policy and legal requirements in relation to role
Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
Essential
- Good telephone and communication skills
- Documentation & knowledge transfer
- Experience of end user IT support
- Working knowledge of Windows OS
- Microsoft Office, Service Desk applications & Remote Administration tools
- Basic Cyber Security awareness
- Full clean Driving License
Desirable
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Office 365
- Wireless Technologies
