Job description

We are a small private, well established, busy hotel with 16 rooms in Victoria, London, awarded for excellent customer service by Tripadvisor. We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic, experienced hotel receptionist, gay friendly and who enjoys working with people and wants to progress in management.

The applicant should have skills for;

• greeting guests in a warm and welcoming manner

• check-in new arrivals - checking out guests politely

• online bookings, and direct reservations by phone in a friendly and helpful manner

This job involves over-night stays, on a rota basis over 7 days .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
