Our Client has openings for Senior Support Worker for Full time – Days / Nights (Flexible) in Acton, London W3. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Good" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 32 Service Users.
The care home is situated on a peaceful tree-lined road in Acton, West London, care home is accessible to public transport and local facilities.

Job Details as Senior Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Acton, London W3
Salary: £13.00 to £14.04 per hour
Schedule: Days / Nights(Flexible) – 12-hour shift

Responsibilities as Senior Support Worker:

• Maintain all residents’ records and give and receive written / verbal reports, whilst ensuring confidentiality.
• Help with the completion of plans of care for residents, new residents and help with resident reviews.
• Lead, facilitate and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisal and development activities.
• Provide a high standard of person-centred care to our residents.
• Assist residents with their personal hygiene and care needs.

Requirements as Senior Support Worker:

• Have QCF diploma in Social Care Level 3 (or other equivalent qualification)
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a residential care settings
• Proven ability and experience in safe administration of medication
