Our Client has openings for SHCA/Senior Support Worker for Full time – Nights in Warrington, WA1. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is registered for a maximum of 67 Service Users.
The care home is located just a short distance from the pleasant town of Warrington and can be easily reached by public transport.

Job Details as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Warrington, WA1
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Schedule: Days/Nights – 12-hour shift

Responsibilities as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

Requirements as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting,
• A good team player,
• NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards,
