Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Editorial Intern to join our team at Bindy Street.

We have developed a lifestyle app for all the best things to see and do in London, including the city’s brand new openings, latest events, neighbourhood itineraries, and hidden gems. We are looking for someone who will love this app and be passionate about supporting the content and social media team in exploring, researching, and writing about the best places in London.

This job is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, works on their own initiative, and loves researching, creativity, and writing.

Role Requirements

• Staying on top of all the coolest places in London, seasonal events, and social media trends
• Supporting our content team with writing, a willingness to contribute ideas through research, and constant updates of our current database
• Basic admin and uploads onto our back-end CMS system
• Ability to write copy across multiple channels, from socials to blogs
• Keen to explore London, pitch ideas, and showcase their creative skills
• Working collaboratively and supporting the rest of the content and marketing team
• Keep up to date with competitor research

Required Skills

• A passion and knowledge of London, someone who loves exploring and finding cool new places alongside hidden gems
• An understanding of the Bindy Street brand and tone of voice
• Keen attention to detail
• Proactive, excellent communication and writing skills
• Thorough understanding of social media channels

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
