Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: London EC3V 3ND
Shift pattern: 4/4 days and nights - 12 hour shifts

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Corporate Security Supervisors, who will work at our client’s prestigious premises.

We require Supervisors to be SIA licenced – Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV.

The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high level of customer service also security, safety and welfare of staff and visitors.

DUTIES AS A SECURITY SUPERVISOR

· Managing team of 4 and providing breaks for the team

· Manning the Security Control Room

· Managing work Permits, CCTV, Fire alarm system and access control system

· Being responsible for all new building operations.

· Identify any training needs for your staff and feedback to the Security Manager.

· Take a proactive approach to increasing the services offered to client.

· Complete appropriate training documentation and records and ensure that all required patrols and checks are completed.

· Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal are adhered to and all Security Officers are correctly dressed and briefed to their duty.

JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS

· A valid SIA Licence.(CCTV and Frontline)

· Previous experience in a similar Supervisory role is essential

· Have knowledge of Assignment Instructions (AI’s)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Customer/Client focused

· Able to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environment

· Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.

· Basic computer literacy required

· Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner.

Salary: Up to £14.83 per hour
