Cleaning Site Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: Huddersfield HD1 2AG
Shifts: 16:45pm-00:45am, 5/7 days on Rota

Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to run the day-to-day aspect of our train cleaning contracts on site.

Key responsibilities of a Cleaning Manager:

• Responsible for the overall cleaning standards across the site
• Supervise a team of cleaning staff and organising cover/ rotas
• Ordering of cleaning products and chemicals and monitoring levels to ensure the site does not run out
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times
• Communicating with the client to resolve any issues
• Hands on cleaning will be required

Experience required for a Cleaning Supervisor:

• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Thorough and takes pride in their work
• Management and Cleaning experience
