Responsibilities and Duties

• Menu research and development in both curry and tandoori dishes.
• Improve current menu and enhance presentation standards.
• Control food wastage.
• Work alongside kitchen team to ensure all food hygiene documentation and product labelling is adhered to and implemented.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
