Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to continued growth bespoke cleaning services are looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager with a background in multi - site Cleaning Management contracts across the South Midlands, Redditch, Solihull etc.

You will be required to :

• Recruit staff
• Ordering and management of cleaning materials, consumables and equipment
• Train staff
• To Cover as a cleaning operative any holiday or absence of staff
• To deal with any Disciplinary and any HR requirements
• To deal with any specialist cleaning
• Manage all aspects of administration
• To liaise with line Manager and other colleagues from bespoke
• Client liaison and to build strong working relationships
• Monitoring and auditing of cleaning standards on the sites using a tablet computer
• Assist bespoke to find new leads for new contracts in the area.

• Applicants must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS and have a full driving licence
• Full training will be given

Hours:

We are looking for 40 hours per week, but flexibility and additional hours may be required to deliver the service

• Supervisory: 4 years (required)
• Managing: 5 years (required)
• Commercial cleaning: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• DBS (preferred)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (required)
