Senior Backend Software Developer required for a design, manufacture, installation and supply of an extensive range of outdoor electrical equipment including EV Chargers. The successful candidate will support development & maintenance of the Vendelectric platform whilst also providing guidance to junior team members.

Senior Backend Software Developer Position Overview

• Continuous improvement and development of existing systems
• Scale applications and maintenance of databases
• Administrator and support day-to-day operation
• Provide support to operation teams

Senior Backend Software Developer Position Requirements

• BEng/BSc in Computer Science or another relevant STEM subject
• 5+ years' experience in a position requiring a similar skill set
• A proven understanding of cloud computing security and scalability
• Experience of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, MSSQL, Websockets, Git

Senior Backend Software Developer Position Remuneration

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Christmas Shutdown
• Pension scheme
• Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5:00pm
• Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (DOE)
