Remote Outbound Call Centre Agent

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated remote outbound telephone canvasser to join our sales team on a commission basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, with the goal of booking appointments for our sales representatives to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify potential leads
• Book appointments for sales representatives to attend
• Meet and exceed a weekly target of 20 appointments
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments using our CRM system
• Provide feedback to the sales team on potential leads and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an outbound telephone canvasser
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently from a remote location
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management
• A track record of success in commission-based sales
• A desire to earn lots of money through an uncapped commission structure
• The ability to work remotely

This is a commission position with no base salary, but the earning potential is high for the right candidate.
