Picker/Packer - (To Include Personalised Gifts)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an energetic Picker /Packer to work across various parts of the business including packing Personalised gifts.

To ensure success in this position you will need to perform to a high level of speed and accuracy, be organised, have a keen eye for the small details, be able to switch mindset between different parts of the business and able to perform under pressure.

Having an arty/craft side would help with this role but not essential.

The position includes Saturday shifts on a rota basis and will also include some later shifts with prior notice given during peak periods.

Duties include:

Personalised GIFT Packing

• Use of a heat press.
• Packing gift boxes to a high standard ensuring all relative components are included.
• Ensuring there is a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, checking spelling of names, correct design used, flavour of product, size of product are all correct
• Pre-packing products to a high standard ready for the next person.
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organised.
• Putting incoming stock away

Beerhunter / WDS Retail Packing

• Picking and packing time sensitive orders as requested by management using the online order system.
• Prepacking products to a high standard for daily dispatch ensuring all are labelled up correctly and put in correct location.
• Ensuring correct shipping information is always used and moving completed orders to shipping area.
• Wrapping pallets used ready for dispatch with the courier.
• Assisting in maintaining tidiness of warehouse.

Requirements

• 1+years work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
• Proficient with using tools required for this position.
• Proficient organisational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour
