We are currently seeking skilled and efficient bricklaying gangs to join our team for an extensive construction project in Crewe. This site-based opportunity offers competitive pay rates of £180-200 per day, providing a steady income for experienced professionals. With a duration of 8 months, this project provides a long-term engagement for your gang.

Responsibilities:

• Execute block and bricklaying tasks in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and work collaboratively as a gang to maximize productivity.
• Ensure accurate measurements, cuts, and placements of bricks and blocks.
• Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets stringent standards.
• Provide input and suggestions for process enhancements, where applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bricklaying gang within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in various block and bricklaying techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project specifications accurately.
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid certifications and licenses required for the role.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labour and work in diverse weather conditions.

Salary: £180.00-£200.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Crewe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Bricklaying: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
