Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for front of house staff to join the Bear Hotel team. We have several positions available covering all of the front of house roles.

We are a local restaurant & bars who serve high quality food and drink. We are after staff who share the same values, and wish the develop themselves and in hard working, and rewarding environment.

We are continually working hard to grow our reputation by providing exceptional customer service and making our food offering the best in the area.

A successful candidate will be able to bring the passion we currently hold for the restaurant along with being able to build a rapport with new and local customers continuing the success of our hotel so far.

On a day to day, your role will include:

- Working as part of an effective and efficient team

- Delivering a quality service and maintaining standards

- Using initiative to complete all tasks

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, and will determine your starting role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £9.00-£10.52 per hour
