Real Estate Paralegal | International Firm | Great Progression | Leeds

An international firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to bolster their offering in Leeds. This opportunity is offered on a full time on a permanent basis, with agile working options available and no prior experience required.

THE FIRM & TEAM

This global firm have significant multinational credentials in real estate and are highly respected for delivering high-quality legal advice.

This role is to work as part of the portfolio management team, which is a well-established national team of junior fee-earners who support our national Real Estate group. The team also has a proven recorded in progression, with 4 former Paralegals qualifying as Solicitors within the last 12 months.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate joining this friendly and dynamic team will encounter a broad range of commercial real estate work including, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant, planning and environmental and dispute resolution.

Clients include property management and development companies, health trusts and government bodies (local and central), owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and overseas.

THE CANDIDATE

• Experience in Commercial Property is not essential but would be advantageous.
• Solid academic record
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a commercial mind and attention to detail
