Our range of healthcare services includes: home oxygen therapy, sleep diagnostics, CPAP treatment and adherence management, telehealth through managed telehealth, ventilation therapy, nebuliser therapy and emergency oxygen.


Main duties:

    • Recording serial numbers of equipment received from Healthcare Technicians & placing the equipment into the correct ‘holding’ area.
    • PAT testing & Soak testing the equipment
    • Verifying, cleaning & where required, repairing the equipment
    • Recording accurately all work carried out
    • Recording serial numbers ready for dispatch to Healthcare Technicians
    • Occasional need to off-load delivery vehicles on site -goods receipt any other stock as required
    • Work as part of a team to produce work of a high quality
    • Work with various devices and the ability to swap between different items during the working day
    • Follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure full compliance of medical devices


Experience required:

    • Good technical skills
    • Ability to diagnose and rectify faults
    • Willing to work on own or within a team environment
    • A good level of soft skills
    • Ability to work on own initiative with good time management skills
    • Proactive approach to following process
    • Excellent communication skills
