Role Overview & Responsibilities

RECEPTIONIST - 3-4 DAYS a WEEK - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays occasional Saturdays when required

We are looking for somebody who is friendly, outgoing who can work accurately and methodically striving to provide exceptional patient care.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. Welcoming our patients and guests who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

• Good level of English is essential.
• Good computer skills are essential. Being able to manage multiple email accounts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice is desirable but not essential. Reception/Administration skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RECEPTION/ADMIN EXPERIENCE

Working hours - 8.00-18.00

Saturdays 8.00-14.00 (when required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
