Dental Receptionist Lead

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time Dental Receptionist with excellent communications skills to lead our front of house team and support our growing team of clinicians.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, passionate about customer service and committed to delivering high standards of care. Training and skills set within a busy, yet professional multi -discipline practice.

Bamford Dental Practice is located in Rochdale, Greater Manchester

The practice has expanded to 11 surgeries. We offer a wide range of private treatments including Implants, Orthodontics, Endodontics, and cosmetics treatments.

We use the latest equipment and dental software including itero Scanners, cerec prime scan intraoral scanners, digital radiography and CBCT scanners.

· Promoting a professional image and being knowledgeable about the services the practice provides

· Providing patients of the practice with a warm welcome and make them feel at ease

· Answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner

· Making all the necessary patient checks in accordance with the practice policies

· Scheduling appointments, by telephone and email, including confirmations

· Courtesy calls

· Patient recalls

· Offering sundry healthcare products to patients giving advice where necessary in accordance with the practice policies and with recommendations from clinical staff

· Signing patients up to Denplan

· Supporting the Treatment Coordinators

· R4 and Ortho Trac (beneficial but not essential)

Experience:
