So, You are interested? What exactly is the role?

Working closely with our external clients you'll be the hands-on individual supporting with the implementation of various projects and integrations.

You may be required to travel on-site, around 5-10 days per month depending on the customer’s needs.

It's exciting! One morning you could be delivering an O365 migration, the next it could be an Azure Virtual Machine migration, followed up by helping one of our clients migrate to Windows 10 and M365. No two days are the same.

If you're the type of person who likes to keep their hands busy and get stuck in with all things Microsoft, then this is for you.

What does the perfect person look like?

With this role being an experienced technical position there are certain things we need to be able to get stuck in as soon as possible, so hands of experience in the following technologies are essential:

- Office 365 – Administration, Configuration and Deployment

- Windows 10

- Azure technologies – experience of Virtual Machines, EMS, Intune

- Azure Active Directory

- Exposure and understanding of M365 Business premium licenses and features

- Microsoft Defender

- Experience with Veeam, Mimecast, Datto, Sophos and Sonic firewalls are a huge advantage

Not only all this above, but the ability to think through a problem you have never seen before and work with a client to find a resolution.

This role is perfect for someone who likes a fast-paced work environment and looking to step up from the support desk.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• in M365 Business Premium licenses and their features: 1 year (preferred)
• Microsoft Defender - Setup: 1 year (preferred)
• Office 365 Admin/Config/Deployment: 2 years (required)
