We specialise in high quality customer service and our aim is to provide very good food at a reasonable price. We are redecorating the venue at present and plan to expand to offer 'fine dining' and to take bookings for this style of .eating

Job description

The applicant must have at least two years experience in catering which must include an ability to cook a wide variety of restaurant style foods and dishes. Qualifications related to catering would be preferred. The position will be mainly kitchen based but some bookwork is required and the job role will require a high standard of cooking, cleaning, stock monitoring, food orders and general record keeping related to the role. We hope to expand the scope of our business and would like to employ someone who could grow with this opportunity - and the salary of the applicant would be revised as the restaurant trade increases and becomes established.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
