Architect/ junior Architect

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Architect or Junior Architect with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing architectural drawings and plans for a variety of residential projects, including extensions, bathrooms, and kitchens.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to develop design concepts and create detailed architectural drawings and plans for a variety of residential projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that all designs meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.
• Ensure that all designs are in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Attend site visits to provide support during construction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
