Overview

we are currently recruiting for mechanical welder fitters on a permanent basis. you will have a proven track record in welding operations for mechanical structural parts.

Knowledge & Experience

• TIG Welding
• MIG Welding
• Oxyacetylene Welding
• Plasma Cutting
• Electric Arc
• Inspection of finished products
• Fabrication Work
• Hardfacing - Training Provided
• Customer site visits when required

Education & Training

• NVQ Welding/Fabrication is essential

Additional responsibilites will include general mechanical fitting, reading and understanding engineering/CAD drawings

Hours - 2 Working Patterns Available

• 7:00am/3:30pm
• 8:00am/4:30pm
• Early finishes on Fridays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Middleton, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
