Paralegal

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a paralegal to join our rapidly growing law firm and are particularly looking for a confident self-starter who is not afraid to hit the ground running. Applicants will need to demonstrate:

• Good communication and team work skills
• Good telephone mannerisms
• An ability to handle difficult clients/ manage expectations
• A positive attitude and eagerness to be involved in all areas of the business

The duties will also include:

• Taking instructions from prospective clients
• Operating our case management software
• Opening new matter files
• Drafting Client Care Letters
• Reading legal documents/ correspondence and drafting/ sending out correspondence on behalf of fee earners
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Filing, printing, photocopying and any other ad hoc jobs to assist fee earners

For candidates to be considered they must have completed both assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
