We at Avari Global are actively seeking an experienced Freight Coordinator to join our team providing shipping and transport services in Uk and Europe. We are experts in providing quality road freight transportation for clients across the UK and Europe, we also provide on demand transportation and special cargo movement.

We are largely known for innovative, reactive and cost effective approach which has aided in being able to be flexible when meeting the needs and requirements of customers.

Freight Forwarder Position Overview

Within this Freight Coordinator role, you will carry out day to day responsibilities that include;

Manage day to day operations for transport in and out of the UK.

Log incoming quotation requests and manage to request from quote to delivery

Handle import entries from start to finish and all associated documentation in line with customs procedures

Communicating details of transport to all customers

Data entry via in house software

Invoice files with monthly deadlines

Negotiating costs with suppliers

Freight Forwarder Position Requirements

Experience using Datafreight Shipping software

Practical knowledge of office 365

Experience using SAGE

Excel knowledge

Must be willing to undertake occasional travel outside of the UK

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
