What started as a startup-like initiative is now evolving into a strategic product line shaping how buildings are designed, built, and operated. Autodesk is looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team. This role reports into Product Marketing and is responsible for creating technically rich, customer-facing demo experiences and translating product messaging and positioning into compelling technical content.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality technical content including demo videos, walkthroughs, solution briefs, one-pagers, technical papers, technical use cases, blogs, presentations and other assets that clearly demonstrate product value and practical applicationDevelop and maintain end-to-end demo environments, datasets, and workflows that showcase Autodesk Tandem in real-world AECO scenariosTranslate messaging and positioning into tangible, technically credible assets that support product launches and go-to-market initiativesCollaborate with product and engineering teams by participating in alpha and beta programs, incorporating new features into demo environments, content, and provide structured feedback to improve product readinessWork with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure demos and content accurately reflect real customer workflows, challenges, and industry requirementsDesign and refine talk tracks and technical storytelling that can be leveraged in customer conversations, sales enablement, and strategic dealsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field5-8+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, solutions engineering, or related roles within B2B software or SaaSHands-on experience working with technical products and building demos, datasets, or workflow-based contentStrong ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communicationProven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and SalesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputExperience in AECO or built environment technology is a plusThe Ideal CandidateIs hands-on and enjoys building demos, workflows, and environments, not just writing about themCan translate complex product capabilities into clear, visual, and practical storytellingUnderstands how technical audiences think and what makes content credible and usefulWorks effectively with Product Marketers to bring messaging to life through real examplesIs curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new products and technologiesThrives in ever changing environment and can independently drive projects from concept to completionHas strong collaboration skills and enjoys working across product, sales, marketing and customer-facing teamsLocation: Canada Remote or US RemoteLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
