Role Overview & Responsibilities

Regional Operations Manager – North

ATM are recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis in the Boroughbridge office.

Supporting the National Operations Manager as part of the Senior Management Team, you will be involved in the overall strategic direction and decision making across the company.

Duties

• Responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the regional business
• Ensuring the safe delivery of contracts in the Northern Region
• Managing and mentoring the Senior Contract Managers, Contract Manages and Site Managers
• Overall management of delivery staff and supply chain partners
• Working closely with the Bid and Estimating team to identify, bid and secure new business opportunities
• Working closely with the fleet department to ensure effective, efficient, and appropriate utilisation of our extensive internal plant and equipment resource
• Preparing and managing forecasts, budgets and cost reports
• Managing existing and new client relationships

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• Strong industry knowledge / experience within a construction, infrastructure, environmental or related discipline is essential
• Relevant CSCS card
• IOSH or NESBOSH / HNC or HND qualification is an advantage
