Role Overview & Responsibilities

CPCAB L2 counselling tutors needed urgently for Tuesday course. Opportunity for further courses in Bristol and Online at Levels 2,3 and 4 in the future.

Ideally, you will...

• Have at least two years of counselling experience in private or agency practice
• Be dedicated to your students, helping them achieve their aims on their counselling journey
• Be a team player and be able to maintain good working relationships with all Connect staff
• Be a qualified counsellor holding a CPCAB level 4 (preferably CPCAB level 5) qualification or above
• Be a practising counsellor in supervised practice
• Be a member of a professional association for counselling – Such as BACP
• Be open to new ideas and willing to be flexible
• Complete 30 hours of CPD activities per year
• Have, or be willing to work towards, a teaching qualification (such as a Level 3 award in education and training) and/or relevant teaching experience

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £185.00-£290.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Counselling: 2 years (required)
• Counselling training: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
