Our Engineering team are looking to recruit 7 graduates who want to become part of the Aston Martin graduate scheme.


What’s in it for you:

You’ll be an integral part of the Engineering team in delivering a first-class leading service that builds, maintains, and supports all current and future Aston Martin Engineering activities. You’ll be working cross functionally across the whole Engineering team and the wider teams within Aston Martin. You’ll have full insight into how Engineering interlinks with other departments into creating and building our ultra-luxury performance cars.


What you’ll gain:

The scheme will ensure you gain invaluable experience and a skillset to set you up with a career with Aston Martin for the long term.

After completing the first year of the graduate scheme you will be enrolled onto our CMI (Chartered Management Institution) level 5 qualification as we love to invest in our colleagues.

You’ll have a well-rounded view of the Engineering role.

At the end of the two-year scheme, subject to your performance you could have a permanent role within our Engineering team.


The scheme:

This is a two-year rotational scheme, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas, which may include:

  • Vehicle Engineering (Including Chassis, Body, Concept)
  • Software & Electronic Technology
  • Electrified Powertrain
  • ICE Powertrain
  • Value Engineering
  • Innovation & Advanced Technology

Timescales

  • Week 1: Onboarding Week with fellow Grads
  • Week 2 – Week 6: Manufacturing rotations
  • 1st year: Department Rotations
  • 2nd year: Home department and enrol into CMI

What you need to join the Aston Martin Graduate Scheme:

  • 128 UCAS points at A-Level or in an equivalent qualification
  • A Master’s degree with a minimum 2:1 predicted or gained
  • Commutable to Gaydon – this is a fully onsite role.
