Information Technology Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a result of continued success and expansion, Assura Protect are looking for an information technician manager.
If you have experience with Azure servers, Linux servers, DNS/DHCP Linux, Networking, Programming, Excel, VICIDIAL, VOIP, General IT skills with printers and PCs, Data analysis, IT support you are the perfect candidate.

Your job will be to

• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
• Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing., ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
• Implement applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
• Implement and monitor daily backup and recovery procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

A level in computer or Bachelors degree in computers.

· An individual with Strong time management and organisational skills.

· A Personable nature, who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Somebody that enjoys a challenge and can get up to speed quickly.
