They continue to grow and, in the last few years, have expanded into construction and rental property. 2022 was their best year ever!

Now they're looking for more salespeople to join their successful team.

PROOF OF SUCCESS:

• Stuart joined in 2018 as an investment consultant. He hit the ground running and exceeded all sales targets. He was promoted to sales manager within six months. Stuart broke company records hitting £200k in a month. Stuart was then given the opportunity to open his own Aspen Woolf office, which he did, much closer to home, in 2021. Stuart is now looking to recruit and build his own team and further expand his earning potential.
• Robin joined the business in 2021. Under the close guidance and support of the Sales Manager, Robin started hitting targets within three months and became the top biller in his 2nd year.
• Jay also won numerous bonuses that included a top biller trip to New York. Jay agrees he's now earning life-changing money and saving to buy his first property.

THE ROLE:

• Contacting warm leads by telesales
• Advising on property investments in the UK and closing property deals
• Managing clients' property portfolios

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• HIGHLY motivated.
• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Goal-orientated, target-driven, sociable.
• Able to work under pressure to produce results.
• Property experience is a clear advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £25,000 basic salary, on target earnings £95,000.
