Role Overview & Responsibilities

Aschfords Law is seeking to recruit a committed and reliable paralegal with the opportunity of a Training contract.

Aschfords Law is an immigration law specialist firm based in Harrow, London, providing legal services to businesses and individuals to clients in the U.K and overseas.

We cover all aspects of business and personal immigration, Points based System, Sponsor Licences Entry clearance, Leave to remain, Appeals and Judicial Review

The suitable candidate should be able to take the following responsibilities:

- Preparation of Immigration Applications; including significant levels of client contact;

- Awareness of all relevant rules, policies and best practice affecting all aspects of immigration;

-Business and Corporate Immigration

- Ability to research complex issues and find solutions

- Attention to detail

- To help manage and be responsible for one’s own casework, ensuring that the highest standards of service are consistently maintained and delivered.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HARROW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)
