Job Title: Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant/Kitchen Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant/Kitchen Assissstant to join our team at the Seven Room Boutique guest house with rooms and spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, laundry service, and assisting with breakfast service.

Shifts are between 8AM-10PM, the exact length and times of shifts are open to discuss with applicant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, tidy and equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Provide laundry service, ensuring that all linens and towels are washed, ironed, folded and stored appropriately.
• Assist with breakfast service, including setting up and breaking down the breakfast area, preparing and serving breakfast items, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.
• Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including using proper cleaning products and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry service is preferred, but not required. All necessary training will be provided.
• Ability to drive is advisable but not required due to location.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push and pull
