Lifeguard

Ardingly College has an exciting opportunity for qualified and experienced Lifeguards to join their busy team, supporting swimming sessions on a variable hours basis throughout the year.

The role involves providing lifeguarding to our Prep and Senior school swimming sessions, as well as for external hire sessions.

The successful candidates will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Certificate, and have previous lifeguarding experience. They should be self-motivated, excellent communicators and be able to work with minimum supervision.

The hours are on an ad hoc basis as and when required. There are no minimum or guaranteed hour of work. The rate of pay will be calculated according to NMW starting from £9.50 per hour.
