Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Do you have executive experience in a fast-paced environment and are you looking for a 12-month contract in London? Aquent's tech client is looking for an exceptional Administrative Business Partner. This full-time role is offered on a hybrid- working basis (Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Mondays & Fridays remotely) and it comes with an hourly rate of Β£30.77 PAYE.

As a flexible ABP, you will direct support 2-3 directors and need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organisational force, given the complex calendaring and heavy travel
planning that will be necessary. This role will be based in the Engineering / Tech side of the business - Shopping / Merchant - background in tech is preferred. Please note that this role is a full-time contract position at 40 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, expenses, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment)
  • Working autonomously and sometimes in an ambiguous environment
  • Project management of internal and external events & programs. Prepare meetings for the executive or team with minimal guidance. Ensure meeting room, equipment, and attendee list are correct and confirmed; gather, compile, and create meeting materials. Ability to set meeting agendas, understand the audience, set action items, and drive meetings to the desired outcome
  • Collaborate with Administrative Business Partners in London, EMEA and globally on programs, events and team related activities
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with internal and possibly external-facing parties. Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with different stakeholders and businesses. Build rapport and demonstrate collaboration
  • Execute expense management activities with minimal guidance
