Role Overview & Responsibilities

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive, British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard. Aqua Shard serves lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Modern British cuisine, beautifully prepared combining fresh seasonal British ingredients sourced from carefully selected suppliers with innovative cooking techniques. Afternoon Tea is also served which changes annually and takes its design and culinary inspiration from much-loved British characters including Peter Pan and Mary Poppins.

We are looking for an experienced Afternoon Tea Supervisor

As an Afternoon Tea Supervisor at Aqua Shard, you will be looking after our guests for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner services, an ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will be in charge of your section and supervise a small team to assist in the service.

You like busy and buzzy environments and have a passion for good food!

Salary: £36,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
