JOB TITLE: Store Manager

LOCATION: Metrocentre, Newcastle

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 Days over 7

PAY RATE: from £24,448 to £32,000

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

We have an amazing opportunities to join our Apricot family in one of our retail stores!

We are looking for a knowledgeable Retail Store Manager looking to make their next step within fashion retail. Working within the store senior team, you will possess strong product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and have great attention to detail.

• Management of day to day tasks of the store

• Actively encourage standards of excellence in customer service
• Lead well by example, driving sales and KPI performance
• Managing store performance and taking action where needed
• Motivating, mentoring, and senior associates
• Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
