Role Overview & Responsibilities

Private Chauffeur, Chelsea

Private client requires Chauffeur to drive in and around London.

General shift pattern (times may vary): Monday – Friday 8am - 8pm. In addition, you will be required to work two weekends per month when the family are in residence.

You may not be required when the family are away (Christmas, Easter, Summer)

Responsibilities to include:

• Drive Principal(s) and family in and around inner London and outer London according to their schedule.
• Plan all routes ahead of journey.
• Check in advance for traffic delays, road closures etc., and map out alternative routes where necessary
• Wait for Principal(s) in the car, in a suitable and safe nearby location.
• Run ad-hoc errands as requested by Principal(s) or other family members or household staff.
• Care and maintenance of all vehicles – responsible for ensuring the fuel tanks are full/electric cars fully charged, the cars are always in immaculate condition both inside and out.
• Ensure all services and MOTs are fully up to date, book the car(s) into garages for necessary checks.
• Ensure all parking permits are valid and up to date
• Ensure all necessary charges are paid on time, such as Congestion Charge, Low Emissions Zones etc.
• SECURITY: always ensure the safety and security of Principals and family at all times.
• Ensure all security aspects pertaining to the household are reviewed and maintained on a regular basis. This includes but not limited to CCTV, alarms, residential night security guards, access points/doors/entry panels, staffing.
• Ensure cyber security is reviewed on a regular basis including the management of residential bug sweeps.

Driving an extra-long wheel based V Class

Extensive experience as UHNW private chauffeur and security essential. Full flexibility needed on working hours and days.
