Part Time Customer Support Advisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client, an industry leader in the creation of innovative smart home and lifestyle products is seeking an experienced Client Support Co-ordinator.

The position:

• £15.00 to £20.00 per hour pay rate
• Temp to perm
• Work from home - 100% remote
• 25-30 hours per week
• Flexible working hours with a minimum of 3 days covered per week

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer service tickets on ZenDesk
• Manage TrustPilot and other review sites: responding to reviews
• Work with customers to resolve any problems
• Manage Shopify platform - sales, returns, disputes
• monitor stock levels at distribution warehouses
• Liaise with distribution warehouses to ensure orders are sent on time

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably on-line retail or tech products
• A proactive problem solver who is self motivated and understands the requirements of working from home
• Excellent communication skills; friendly, professional with a genuine desire to provide customer satisfaction
• Working knowledge of Zendesk
• Experience and knowledge of Shopify
