Role Overview & Responsibilities

The UK’s Leading Luxury British Spa Brand ELEMIS are seeking a passionate Skincare Specialist/Sales Consultant to work at John Lewis in Exeter. NVQ L3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy is essential.

Responsibilities:

· Pro-actively drive sales ensuring that personal and counter targets are met/exceeded

· Raise awareness of the brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range

· Participate fully in promotional/PR activity ensuring the success of promotions/events

· Ensure products and facial treatments prescribed are appropriate to client’s needs

· Carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard aiming for repeat bookings

· Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels

· Maintain the site to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

· Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints

· Work as a supportive team player with other individuals and colleagues

Requirements

· NVQ L3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent

· Proven sales record of meeting/exceeding targets

· Previous experience working with a professional brand desirable
