About the role

Our supervisors are key members of our management teams. You will be assisting in the day to day running of the store, leading, motivating and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer service, giving our customers the best shopping experience

· Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in the day to day running of the store

· Be a key holder, opening and closing the store taking responsibility for the store in the absence of other management

· Store standards

· Visual merchandising

· Housekeeping

· Learning, developing, and sharing your product knowledge
