About the Role:

Reporting to the Business Sales Manager, this is a new role within the ARP business that provides an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the sales process. Initially, the role will involve working closely with operations and the sales office under the guidance of the Sales Manager. As you develop the role will be pivotal in achieving annual targets and growth plan. An exciting role that will challenge the candidate and will be part of a successful team. A full comprehensive training program is offered to the individual to accelerate the induction program. The role will include supporting the business development of the product range through specification and contractor sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Working with the Sales Manager to achieve sales/margin targets relating to the company budget.

· Support the Sale Manager by building relationships with all key customers.

· Develop the sales pipeline, deliver new sales initiatives.

· Provide practical technical support on all matters (following completion of training program).

· Support the Sales Manager with administration and operational procedures.

· Maintain customer relationships through a planned communication channel (phone/email/video conference).

About You:

· You will be keen to learn, disciplined & self-motivated, able to work in a timely manner and a can-do attitude.

· Knowledge of the construction/distribution/ building services sector is an advantage.

· Enjoy working with people and developing relationships.

· Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.

· Must be able to work flexible hours when required to meet customer demands.

Salary: £35,000.00 per year
